As we've been coming up to the end of the year, we've been trying to follow up with all you lucky people who won prizes with us during the last 12 months. Which means that many of you will have spoken to (or had a voicemail from) Susie.
But who she?
Good question, because we've not really introduced her on these pages... Well, now we are! And this here is a quick photo of Susie, taken over a team coffee yesterday.
Susie has joined us to help us with our phone calls, so hopefully you'll have the chance to chat with her soon.
(Of course, if you call back, you are more likely to end up speaking to Dan because of the way our phone lines are routed. Which will be a shame for you, but you can have a nice chat with him too...)
